At Topline Services, we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work.
1. Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge by informing us at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
- If a technician has already been dispatched or has reached your location, the diagnosis/visit charge may still apply.
2. Diagnosis Charge
The doorstep diagnosis charge covers the technician's visit and inspection. It is adjusted against the repair cost if you approve and proceed with the repair. If you choose not to proceed, the diagnosis charge is non-refundable, as it pays for the inspection already performed.
3. Refunds on Completed Repairs
- If a repair we performed fails within the warranty period stated on your invoice due to our workmanship or a part we supplied, we will re-visit and rectify it free of charge.
- If we are unable to resolve the same issue after a reasonable attempt, you may request a refund of the repair labour charge for that specific issue.
- Spare parts already installed are refundable only if they are found to be defective and cannot be replaced.
4. What Is Not Refundable
- The diagnosis/visit charge where a technician has completed the inspection.
- New or unrelated faults that arise after the repair.
- Damage caused by misuse, physical/liquid damage, power issues, or third-party repairs after our service.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue, contact us within 7 days of the service with your invoice number and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
