These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Topline Services website and the appliance repair and maintenance services we provide in and around North Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Topline Services provides repair, installation and maintenance services for air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines and related home and commercial appliances, along with custom furniture and carpentry services. Availability of specific services depends on your location and appliance type.

2. Booking & Diagnosis

• Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or the enquiry forms on our website.
• A doorstep diagnosis visit may be charged; the amount is confirmed on the call and adjusted against the final repair cost if you proceed with the recommended repair.
• After diagnosis you will receive a written quotation. Work begins only after you approve the quotation.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices. The final price is confirmed in the written quotation after diagnosis.
• Prices of spare parts are quoted separately when required.
• Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We provide a proper invoice for every job.

4. Warranty

Repairs carry a service warranty as stated on your invoice. Warranty covers the specific repair performed and genuine parts supplied by us. It does not cover new, unrelated faults, physical or liquid damage, misuse, or repairs later carried out by third parties.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the appliance and the fault.
• Provide safe access to the appliance and a suitable working environment.
• Ensure an authorised adult is present during the service visit.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Appointment cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We carry out repairs with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for pre-existing faults or wear not caused by our work.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, logos, graphics and design — is owned by Topline Services and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
